From a people perspective, Klue has a great team. They make you feel surrounded in the sense of having support. Although I don't expect it, I've never gone more than 24 hours without a reply when I reach out to my CSM or someone else at Klue. They are highly dialed in and engaged. During role out training my CSM, Emma worked extra hours around my schedule to meet the needs of teams across the globe.
From a product perspective, Klue is very invested in supporting the product and identifying ways to improve it. I've seen multiple new features added since onboarding, and I am excited to see what's next. As a user, Klue gives me access to upcoming roadmap features as part of their customer-facing product portal. I can self-serve to see what's next, which gives me confidence in the product team.
Klue helps to automate manual processes, consolidate disparate data and helps to display it in more consumable ways.
