How can you help remove friction in your product onboarding process?

Here’s a great example from ConvertKit ☝️

I signed up for their new Creator Network product and can personally attest to getting stumped when it came to writing my bio.

In fact, I was about to abandon the process when I noticed a subtle link underneath.

“Writer’s block?” - Umm, as a matter of fact, yes!

“Here are a few sample bios to get your juices flowing.”

After reading a few examples, I wrote my bio and got my profile live in 10 minutes.

A great example of how real customer examples can help you grease the wheels.
