Here’s a great example from FullStory, a platform that records how users interact with your product.
At my last company, our product team got together every Friday to review interesting user recordings from the previous week.
They called it FullStory Fridays.
I thought we made that name up. Turns out we didn’t.
FullStory Fridays is a concept that the company encourages all of their customers to adopt.
It helps them build a ritual around using the product, while inviting others in to see the value.
And it cost them zero dollars in product development.
So think, how can YOU create rituals around your product?
