When I say āheroā I mean any content above the fold.
Everything a visitor sees at the top of your page without having to scroll.
This is the most important real estate on your homepage, so you need to be strategic about what you put here.
The best examples Iāve seen manage to include the follow three ingredients in a hero thatās clear and compelling:
1ļøā£Ā Strong positioning. Clearly explain what your product does, who itās for, and how itās better than alternatives.
2ļøā£Ā A Compelling CTA. The most important next step you want your buyer to take.
3ļøā£Ā Social proof. Customer quotes, examples, or data that showcases your value.
