I love this example from Basecamp’s homepage.
The longest quote is 8 words. The shortest is 3.
Unlike case studies, testimonials support your content vs being the content themselves.
The average website visitor won't read your 30-word customer quote.
So keep it short and focused on the most important point you want to get across.
In seconds, I can see more than 20 proof points about how Basecamp is easier to use and less complex than other project management tools.
Which I’d assume is the one single most important point they want to get across on that page.
